Terms and Conditions
By clicking the "Buy Now" button you acknowledged that you
have read these Terms and Conditions.
When you click on the "Buy Now" button, the program will
open the payment gateway website for PayFast
(https://www.payfast.co.za/) through which you will make
your payment in a secure environment.
If your payment is successful, you will be redirected back
to this web site and you will be able to view and email your
invoice to yourself. PayFast will also email you a payment
confirmation.
Once we have verified the receipt of funds in our bank
account we will issue a receipt and email that to you. We
will also enroll you on the course you purchased. During the
enrollment process the program will automatically email you
an enrolment notification.
Our refund policy is as follows:

Registration fee. This fee is payable for every course you
enroll on. It is NOT refundable unless we cancel the
course, in which case you'll be fully refunded.

Cancellation after a course has started. No refund will be
entertained.

Cancellation between seven and one day before a course
starts: We will refund you 50% of the price less the
registration fee. Example: If the price of the course was
R5 000.00 and you paid a registration fee of R500.00. We
will refund R2 250.00 (R5 000.00-R500.00*50%=R2 250.00).

Cancellation more than seven days before a course starts:
We will refund you 90% of the price less the registration
fee. Example: If the price of the course was R5 000.00 and
you paid a registration fee of R500.00. We will refund R4
050.00 (R5 000.00-R500.00*90%=R4 050.00).

Refunds will be processed with seven days of receipt of
your request, provided you supply all the information
requested below.

We will only accept requests for refunds from the email
address registered on the t-LMS database. If your email
address changes, it is your responsibilty to ensure that
it is kept up to date by navigating as follows in the
t-LMS: Administration >> Edit my details >>
Email field. Save.
To request a refund, please send an email to and supply the
following information:
- Your full name.
- The invoice number you are claiming a refund on.
- Reason for cancellation.

Your bank details: Bank name; Account holder's name;
Account type (current/cheque, savings etc.); Account
number.
Please note that we route all our emails from the t-LMS via
the email service of https://utrain.co.za/ using
